The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market showed a decrease of 48.1% to around 3.46 million Turkish liras Tuesday, Türkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday amounted to about 6.67 million liras.
On Tuesday's spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 11,821.10 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 293,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 97.66 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 34.15 liras at 2.10 p.m. local time (1110 GMT) on Wednesday.
