The Russian energy giant Lukoil group is expanding its fuel station network in Uzbekistan with the addition of two new multifunctional full-service filling stations at a key autoroute in Uzbekistan, the company announced Thursday.
The stations are located at the M39 motorway, about 12 kilometers from Uzbekistan's capital, Tashkent, and were constructed with the traffic intensity of the internationally important motorway, which hosts over 40,000 vehicles per day, in mind.
Drivers traveling from Tashkent to Samarkand will have an opportunity to rest and fill their cars with the company's premium fuels, including ECTO-100 fuel, the company said.
The company also announced that its multifunctional filling stations conform to the best international standards while considering local climate and culture. The stations have prayer rooms, lounge terraces with sliding windows, and a tandyr, an oven to cook ethnic foods in.
The stations also take up about 2 hectares and feature cafes, shops, a playground for kids, and a workout zone.
