The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 399.99 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest will be 230.99 liras at 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.48% to 167.28 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 300.10 liras and 301.62 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 400 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 233.33 liras at 03.00 and 04.00 local times.
US$1 equals 7.84 Turkish liras at 1112 GMT on Thursday.
