The Foreign Affairs Council will take place on Monday in Brussels where EU foreign ministers will review EU relations with Turkey and recent international developments in Libya, Hong Kong and Venezuela as well as the Middle East peace process.

The Turkish Embassy in Brussels along with SETA Brussels will organize a web-panel entitled the Fourth Anniversary of the 15th of July Thwarted Coup Attempt in Turkey on Tuesday. The Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey, Hasan Ulusoy, will deliver the keynote speech to Brussels.

An EU-India Summit will be held via videoconference on Wednesday. Charles Michel, president of the European Council, and Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission, will represent the EU while Prime Minister Narendra Modi will represent India.

EU ministers for European affairs will convene via videoconference on Wednesday. The Ministers will hear a presentation of the priorities of the German presidency for the next six months. They will also prepare for the special European Council meeting on July 17-18, which is dedicated to the next multiannual financial framework and the recovery plan to respond to the COVID-19 crisis.

The EU General Court will release its decisions on Wednesday on the Apple state aid cases -Ireland versus Commission and Apple Sales International and Apple Operations Europe versus Commission.

The European Central Bank Governing Council will meet in Frankfurt to discuss monetary policy on Thursday. The meeting will be followed by a news conference with the President of the ECB Christine Lagarde.

A Special European Council meeting will take place on Friday and Saturday. EU leaders will meet physically in Brussels to discuss the recovery plan in response to the COVID-19 crisis and a new long-term EU budget.
