Dozens of protesters gathered in Tunisia and Morocco on Tuesday to condemn Israel’s ongoing attacks in Gaza and Lebanon, calling for action.

In Tunisia, people gathered to demonstrate solidarity with the Lebanese resistance against the Israeli assaults.

The protest, organized by the Tunisian Network to Address Normalization, a non-governmental organization, took place in front of the municipal theater in the capital Tunis in response to Israel's attacks on Lebanon.

Participants chanted slogans like "Raise your voice, our pride is Beirut" and "No compromise, no bargaining."

In the Moroccan capital Rabat, protesters condemned Israel's war on Gaza and attacks on Lebanon.

Organized by the Moroccan Front for Supporting Palestine, the demonstration drew attention to the need for Arab and Islamic countries to intervene against Israel.

Demonstrators criticized Western support for Israel and called for the cancellation of normalization agreements, chanting "Palestine is in our eyes" and "Zionists, get out! Morocco is our free land."

They burned the Israeli flag, pledging to continue their support for the Palestinian cause.

The Israeli army has launched waves of airstrikes in Lebanon since early Monday against what it called Hezbollah targets amid an escalation in warfare between the two sides.

The airstrikes have killed nearly 560 people, including 95 women and 50 children, and injured 1,835 others, according to Lebanese Health Minister Firas Abiad.
