ANKARA

A passenger bus plunged into a deep ravine off a highway in Bolivia, killing at least 11 people, local media reported.

The bus was commuting between Kami and Quillacollo towns when the accident took place on Sunday.

The death toll is expected to rise as several people were critically injured in the accident.

The bus fell roughly 200 meters (over 650 feet), according to reports, with the cause of the accident being a mechanical fault in the vehicle.
