ANKARA

US President Donald Trump on Friday assured investors that his economic policies will remain consistent, calling the current moment "a great time to get rich" as he ramps up a push for domestic production through new tariffs.

"To the many investors coming into the US and investing massive amounts of money, my policies will never change. This is a great time to get rich, richer than ever before!!!," Trump said in a post on Truth Social.

The statement followed Trump’s announcement of reciprocal tariffs aimed at revitalizing domestic manufacturing and attracting foreign investment.

In a previous address, the president said trillions of dollars in investments would flow into the country as a result.
