US forces launch 13th consecutive night of strikes on Iranian military targets

US forces launched strikes against Iranian military targets, marking the 13th consecutive night of operations, US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced Thursday.

CENTCOM said the latest strikes began at 6.45 p.m. ET (2245GMT).

"This is the 13th consecutive night of strikes aimed to hold Iran accountable and diminish threats from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to commercial shipping," the command said on the US social media platform X.
