Norway’s King Harald V hospitalized in Malaysia with infection
87-year-old king contracted infection while on holiday in Malaysia, announces Norwegian Royal Family

ATHENS
Norway's King Harald V, age 87, has been hospitalized in Malaysia due to an infection contracted during his vacation, the Norwegian Royal Family announced in a statement on Tuesday.
"His Majesty the King has fallen ill during his holiday in Malaysia and is hospitalized there with an infection," said the statement.
It added: "The king receives good follow-up from both Malaysian and Norwegian medical personnel."
