Police file terror charges in Indian parliament security breach
Home Ministry orders probe after major security breach in Indian parliament on Wednesday

NEW DELHI
Indian authorities filed terrorism charges Thursday against four suspects related to a security breach in the country's parliament.
The suspects, arrested by police in Delhi on Wednesday, included two who managed to enter parliament and set off a smoke canister in its lower house while lawmaking was in session.
Police booked the accused under various sections of the country's penal code, as well as its anti-terror Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, the Press Trust of India news agency reported.
The Home Ministry ordered a probe into the incident, which coincided with the 22nd anniversary of a deadly assault on parliament in 2001, in which over a dozen people, including attacking gunmen, were killed.
