ANKARA (AA) - July 31, 2012 - Turkish exports were up by 16.9 percent to 13.2 billion U.S. dollars in June 2012 compared to the same month of 2011.
Turkish statistical institute, TurkStat, released on Tuesday temporary foreign trade figures for June 2012.
Accordingly, the country's imports dropped by 5.4 percent to 20.4 billion U.S. dollars in the mentioned period.
Foreign trade deficit decreased to 7.1 billion U.S. dollars in June.
