Turkish Highways Dept. plans to build 24 new roads through Build-Operate-Transfer model

ANKARA (AA) - September 9, 2012 - The Turkish Highways Department plans to build 24 new roads through the Build-Operate-Transfer model by the year 2035.

Among the highways planned to be completed are Bozuyuk-Afyonkarahisar road, Afyonkarahisar-Nigde road, Duzce-Zonguldak road, Alanya-Mersin road, Delice-Sivas-Refahiye road, Nevsehir-Diyarbakir road, Diyarbakir-Gurbulak road, Sivas-Malatya road, Trabzon-Malatya road, Sanliurfa-Akcakale road, Rize-Diyarbakir road, Pasinler-Turkgozu road and Yalova-Izmit road.
