Turkish stock exchange opens Thursday in green
BIST 100 index increases 125 points at opening session on Thursday

ANKARA
Türkiye's benchmark stock index opened Thursday at 9,774.58 points, rising 1.30% or 125.05 points from the previous close.
On Wednesday, the BIST 100 was down 0.68% to close at 9,649.53 points, with a daily transaction volume of 130.2 billion Turkish liras ($3.42 billion).
As of 10.42 am local time (0742GMT), exchange rates stood at 38.0100 liras to the US dollar, 41.1100 to the euro, and 49.0789 to the British pound.
The price of an ounce of gold was $3,071.69, while Brent crude oil was trading at $72.86 per barrel.
