Turkish stock exchange opens up on Friday
Benchmark BIST 100 index rises 30.24 points at opening session

ISTANBUL
Türkiye's benchmark stock index opened Friday at 9,426.26 points, up 0.32% or 30.24 points from the previous close.
On Thursday, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 gained 1.40%, closing at 9,396.02 points, with a daily trading volume of 128.6 billion Turkish liras ($3.38 billion).
As of 10 am local time (0700GMT), the US dollar/Turkish lira (USD/TRY) exchange rate stood at 38.1435, the EUR/TRY rate was 43.4990, and the GBP/TRY rate was 50.4395.
The price of one ounce of gold was $3,327.10, while the barrel price of Brent oil was around $66.95.
