Turkish stock exchange up at open
BIST 100 index rises 0.2% on Friday

ISTANBUL
Türkiye's benchmark stock index opened Friday at 9,510.14 points, up 0.2% or 19.23 points from the previous close.
On Thursday, the BIST 100 rose by 1.92% to 9,490.90 points, with a daily transaction volume of 100.2 billion Turkish liras ($2.61 billion).
As of 10.25 am local time (0725GMT), exchange rates stood at 38.4235 liras to the US dollar, 43.6990 to the euro, and 51.1630 to the British pound.
The price of an ounce of gold was $3,309.95, while Brent crude oil was trading at $65.65 per barrel.
