Türkiye’s sectoral confidence mixed in September
Confidence in retail trade, construction indices rise, services sector posts decline

Confidence in key sectors in Türkiye posted mixed results in September, the country's statistical authority announced on Monday.
Seasonally adjusted confidence indices for retail trade and construction increased, while the services sector registered a decrease from last month.
The confidence index for retail trade rose 3% on a monthly basis to 117.7 in September, the Turkish Statistical Institute reported.
The construction confidence index increased 1% month-on-month to 88.3, while the services confidence index fell 2% to 113.
Calculated from a monthly survey, the results are evaluated within the range of 0-200, signaling an optimistic outlook when the value is above 100 and a pessimistic one when it is below 100.
