Türkiye's int'l reserves hit record level with $153.9B

ISTANBUL

Türkiye's international reserves hit a record level with $153.9 billion last week, up by 0.07% on a weekly basis, the Central Bank figures showed on Thursday. 

Some $87.8 billion of the international reserves was in foreign exchange, up 0.3% over the same period.

Gold reserves totaled $59.2 billion, down from $59.4 billion.

In January, international reserves were at around $127 billion while they saw below $100 billion level in May.
