A British couple detained in Iran have been charged with espionage, according to media reports on Tuesday.
The pair detained by authorities in the Iranian city of Kerman last week have been charged with espionage, reported Mizan Online, a news agency affiliated with Iran's judiciary.
They were identified on Monday as Craig and Lindsay Foreman.
Iranian state media reported last week that the couple was taken into custody in the southeastern city of Kerman on security-related charges.
