LONDON

A London grandmother lost her life after being viciously attacked by dogs while visiting her grandson in Jaywick, near Clacton-on-Sea, Essex in the UK.

According to BBC, Esther Martin, 68, succumbed to fatal injuries sustained during an ordeal which unfolded on Saturday afternoon.

Authorities have confirmed that a 39-year-old man, taken into custody on suspicion of dangerous dog-related offenses, has been granted conditional bail until March, pending further investigation.

Essex Police disclosed that it was within this familial setting that the grandmother fell victim to the savage assault by two dogs.
