Turkey extends condolences over Italian bridge collapse
Presidential spokesman says Turkey share Italy’s pain and stand with them

ANKARA
Presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin on Tuesday offered his condolences to the victims of a bridge collapse in Italy.
“Our condolences for those who lost their lives in the bridge accident in Genoa, Italy. We share your pain and stand with you @ItalyinTurkey,” Kalin wrote on Twitter
At least 11 people including a child died and five others were seriously injured in the collapse of a motorway bridge in Italy, the country’s Interior Ministry said.
In northwestern Genoa, on the A10 motorway, a section of the Morandi Bridge about 100 meters high collapsed around 11.30 a.m. local time (0930GMT) according to Italian news agency.
