Zelenskyy reshuffles staff in Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service

ISTANBUL

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Wednesday signed multiple decrees, reshuffling staff in the country’s Foreign Intelligence Service.

According to the decrees, posted on the website of the Ukrainian presidency, Zelenskyy dismissed Oleh Luhovskyi, a deputy head of the intelligence service, and appointed him as the first deputy head.

Oleh Sinaiko has also been dismissed as the deputy head and Hennadii Bohach has been appointed to replace him.

The decrees did not specify reasons for the changes.

Previously in March, Zelenskyy had appointed Oleh Ivashchenko as the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service.
