Turkish medical firm Invamed offers a non-surgical solution for the coronary heart disease.

According to Invamed, coronary artery disease is narrowing or blockage of coronary arteries due to plaque buildup in the wall of the arteries that supply blood to the heart. While it might progress silently without showing any symptoms, it can also lead to some complaints such as chest pain and shortness of breath or even a heart attack.

Thus, people with a family history of cardiovascular diseases should undergo regular medical check-ups, especially from the age of 40, the medical company suggested.

Today, this serious health problem can be treated with non-surgical methods without requiring major surgery, it said.

When a coronary artery becomes completely blocked for at least three months, it is called chronic total occlusion. In the past, coronary artery bypass surgery was the only solution method.

InWIRE CTO Guidewire developed by Invamed offers a non-surgical treatment method. It is used to facilitate the insertion of catheters and interventional medical devices into the vascular system and as a guide for recanalization in chronic total occlusion and/or challenging vascular lesions.
