4 police officers killed in ISWAP terror attack in northeastern Nigeria
Islamic State in West Africa Province terrorists stole officers' weapons, ammunition in Nganzai region in Borno state
ABUJA, Nigeria
At least four police officers were killed by the Islamic State in West Africa Province (ISWAP) terror organization in northeastern Nigeria in an attack on a police station, according to media reports Saturday.
Terrorists attacked the station in the Nganzai region in the Borno state where in addition to the slain officers, many were injured in the attack.
The terrorists stole officers' weapons and ammunition.
Nigeria has recently been facing attacks from terror organizations such as Boko Haram and ISWAP, as well as armed gangs.
