At least seven people were killed and 29 others injured in Russia's missile strike on Ukrainian city of Dnipro, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said on Friday.
"Consequences of a massive attack in the Dnipropetrovsk region️. According to updated information, seven people were killed, including two children. 26 people were injured, including one child. Work continues," the service said on Telegram.
In a separate statement, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said a residential building and a railway station were hit, and two more cities -- Kriviy Rih and Sinelnikove -- were also affected by the strike.
Zelenskyy urged all nations to provide Ukraine with air defense systems, and for those unable to directly supply such systems, to actively advocate for assistance from capable allies.
