New video shows Conservative Christmas party during pandemic lockdown
Video, obtained by Daily Mirror, believed to be first evidence of rule-breaking party within Westminster

Conservative Party members can be seen participating in a Christmas party during the lockdown in 2020 in a new video shared by British tabloid Daily Mirror.
The video shows individuals consuming alcohol at the gathering held on Dec. 14, 2020, with reportedly, approximately 24 people attending the event.
In the footage, two individuals can be seen dancing past a sign that reads "Please keep your distance," inadvertently colliding with a table full of buffet food.

In the background, someone can be heard making a comment: "As long as we don't stream that we're like, bending the rules."
Levelling Up Secretary Michael Gove has expressed strong condemnation of the video.
He described it as "terrible and “indefensible."
Meanwhile, Metropolitan Police said they are "aware" of new video of Conservative Party staff partying during the lockdown and "are considering it."
This video is believed to be the first evidence of a rule-breaking party within Westminster, shedding light on the events that transpired during that time.
