Real Betis win 2022 Copa del Rey
Valencia lose 5-4 on penalties after extra time ended 1-1 in Seville

Real Betis won their first Copa del Rey, or Spanish Cup, since 2005 by eliminating Valencia 5-4 on penalties in Saturday's final in Seville.
Borja Iglesias scored the opener for Seville club Real Betis in the 11th minute at La Cartuja Stadium.
Valencia responded when Hugo Duro put the ball into Real Betis's net in minute 30.
Regular time and extra time ended at 1-1 apiece so penalties had to decide the season's Spanish Cup winner.
Manuel Pellegrini's men won the penalty shootout 5-4 as Valencia's US midfielder Yunus Musah missed the only penalty.
The Green and Whites won the Copa del Rey for a third time after winning in 1977 and 2005.
Joaquin Sanchez, who is a 40-year-old Real Betis veteran, earned the cup three times -- two with Real Betis during his career.
Spanish winger Joaquin was a Real Betis winger to claim the Spanish Cup in 2005. Then in 2008, he helped Valencia win the trophy.
