Su-24 fighter jet falls on its way to repair facility for maintenance, says Defense Ministry statement

MOSCOW
A Russian Su-24 fighter jet crashed on Friday in forestland near the city of Perm in Russia, the country's Defense Ministry said.
The plane was heading toward a repair facility for maintenance when the incident occurred, the ministry said in a statement.
The two pilots on board were ejected safely and later found and hospitalized, both with broken arms, it added.
The Su-24 is an aircraft developed by the USSR with a crew of two.
