Ship sinks despite rescue efforts lasting for about 20 hours
TEHRAN, Iran
Iran's largest military ship sank in the Gulf of Oman after catching fire, the Iranian army said on Wednesday.
The ship which was near the Port of Jask in the southern Hormozgan province sank completely despite rescue efforts which lasted for about 20 hours.
All the ship crew were rescued, while the cause of the fire has not been determined yet.
