Israeli forces launched fresh airstrikes and artillery attacks on several areas of southern Lebanon on Sunday, according to the state-run National News Agency (NNA).
Israeli warplanes struck the Ali al-Taher forest on the outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa before carrying out another strike on the town less than 15 minutes later.
The aircraft then launched two consecutive strikes on Kfar Tebnit, followed by a third strike on the town less than half an hour later.
Another Israeli airstrike targeted the vicinity of al-Dabsha hill on the outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, while Zawtar al-Sharqiyah came under Israeli artillery fire.
No immediate information was available on casualties or damage.
The attacks come amid continued Israeli strikes on southern Lebanon despite diplomatic efforts to de-escalate tensions and reach a settlement.
