Israeli injured in car explosion near Tel Aviv
Cause of explosion not yet clear
JERUSALEM
An Israeli man was seriously injured in a car blast near Tel Aviv on Wednesday, according to Israeli media.
National ambulance service Magen David Adom said the 30-year-old man was hospitalized with multiple systemic injuries.
A video published by the service showed a vehicle on fire in the city of Petah Tikva east of Tel Aviv.
The cause of the explosion was not initially clear, but Israeli media said the likely cause was an explosive device.
There was no comment yet from Israeli authorities.
