CAIRO
UN and Arab League's Special Envoy on Syria Lakhdar Brahimi has said that the latest speech made by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad was "sectarian" and "one-sided".
"I'm afraid what has come out is very much a repeat of previous initiatives that obviously did not work," Brahimi said regarding proposals that were made by Assad in his speech on Sunday.
