BEIRUT
A car bomb hit southern Beirut, Lebanon on Tuesday, wounding at least 37 people, the Red Cross announced.
The blast occurred in the parking lot of a foundation for humanitarian aid in the Bir el Abed neighborhood controlled by the Hezbollah on Tuesday.
There are reports of casualties. Many cars and several buildings have been reportedly heavily damaged.
