The Syria regime has agreed to citizens to leave the besieged city of Homs in central Syria immediately, announced the Governor of Homs, Talal Barazi on Thursday.
Evacuation of the civilians in Homs was previously discussed at the meetings of Geneva II attended by representatives of the Syria regime and the Syria National Coalition (SNC), but no agreement was reached.
