TUZ KHORMATO/BAGHDAD (AA) - A total of 8 people were killed and at least 65 others were wounded during clashes and explosions in several regions of Iraq on Friday.
During a missile attack in Tuz Khormato town of the city of Salahuddin, six people, including two children, were injured.
Iraqi Turkmen Front official Sefer Rahim told AA that the missile hit a Turkmen farm injuring six people and damaging houses.
The clashes between security forces and armed tribe members killed three police officers and injured six civilians in the city of Fallujah.
Meanwhile, an explosion happened in a parking lot of a mosque in capital Baghdad, killing two people, injuring 17 others.
Another explosion in a mosque in the northeast of Baghdad wounded seven people, while a third explosion in a mosque in the southwest of Baghdad during Friday prayers killed three people and injured 29 others.
