LONDON
Russia has "made constructive moves in recent days" in discussions about the conflict in Ukraine, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said Tuesday.
Speaking at a press conference in London, Kerry said: "There are some indications that, whether it is the line of control negotiation or the calm that is, in fact, in place in a number of places, or the withdrawal of certain people, there are signs of constructive choices."
The top U.S. diplomat is expected to meet with Palestinian Chief Negotiator Saeb Erekat, Arab League Secretary-General Nabil al-Araby, Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki, Mauritanian Foreign Minister Ahmed Ould Teguedi and Quartet Representative Tony Blair during his London visit to discuss the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
