WASHINGTON
United States (US) President Barack Obama spoke with Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd on Monday about possible international responses to the Syrian crisis.
"The two leaders expressed their grave concern about the reported use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime against civilians near Damascus on Wednesday," the White House said.
The White House had also said that the evidence of an attack was “undeniable” and there is “very little doubt” that the Syrian regime was behind it as "the regime has made obvious their attempts to preclude an investigation."
