The Secretary General of the Arab League Nabil Elaraby met with the current president of the Syrian National Coalition for Opposition and Revolutionary Forces Ahmad Mouaz Al-Khatib and Chairman of the Legal Committee Heysem al-Maleh.
The meeting at the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo was closed to the press.
Sources close to the Arab League said that they talked about the peace conference for the solution of the crisis in Syria by the US and Russia and the candidate who should run for the election of the presidency of the Syrian National Coalition after Al-Khatib's resignation.
