President of the United Nations General Assembly Vuk Jeremic said that pursuing the blood bath in Syria had been the most horrible tragedy of humanity.
It is not possible to understand how international community has not stopped the massacre happening in the past two years, added Jeremic who spoke at the closing of the 2nd Conference of Mediation on Friday.
It should be our priority to stop this massacre, and then a political process should start, he added.
UN General Assembly strongly condemned human rights violations in Syria, and supported a peaceful, democratic and pluralist Syria, said Jeremic.
