Abu Dhabi Space Debate opens in UAE
Event brings together 300 decision-makers, representatives of 47 space institutions, agencies

ISTANBUL
The first edition of Abu Dhabi Space Debate kicked off in the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Monday.
Some 300 decision-makers and representatives of 47 international space institutions and agencies are attending the two-day event.
The event focuses on three main topics, including space sustainability, space accessibility and space security, according to the state news agency WAM.
The debate is organized by the UAE Space Agency, with the participation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and the Ministry of Defense.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog is taking part in the event.
