Besiktas' Croatian defender to play in World Cup
Croatia announces World Cup squad; Domagoj Vida included

ANKARA
Besiktas defender Domagoj Vida will play for Croatia in the international football tournament in Russia.
Coached by Zlatko Dalic, Croatia announced its 23-player squad for the FIFA World Cup on Twitter Monday.
Vida, who arrived in Istanbul from Ukraine's Dynamo Kiev mid-season, scored one goal in 13 Turkish Spor Toto Super Lig appearances.
In the World Cup, Croatia will take on Argentina, Iceland and Nigeria in Group D.
The World Cup will be held between June 14 and July 15.
