ISTANBUL
Czech Republic defeated Scotland with a 2-0 score Monday in the EURO 2020 Group D game.
The Czech team scored the opener with a header from Patrik Schick in the 42nd minute at Glasgow's Hampden Park.
In minute 52, Schick netted an incredible long-range goal from near the halfway line to give his team a win over Scottish team.
With this result, Czech Republic sit top of the standings while England are in the second spot on goal difference.
