Egypt beat Morocco 2-1 to advance to AFCON semifinals
Pharaohs to face host nation Cameroon on Feb. 3

Egypt on Sunday advanced to the Africa Cup of Nations semifinals after beating Morocco with a 2-1 score in the extra time.
Morocco broke the deadlock with a penalty goal from Sofiane Boufal in minute six at Yaounde's Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium.
In the 53rd minute, Liverpool star Mohamed Salah produced a goal for the Pharaohs to level the match.
The quarterfinal game went to extra time as regular time ended 1-1.
Aston Villa midfielder Trezeguet's 100th-minute goal fired Egypt through to the AFCON semifinals.
Egypt, which have seven AFCON titles, will face five-time champions Cameroon in the semifinal on Feb. 3.
Cameroon is hosting the 33rd edition of Africa’s flagship competition held every two years. The final will take place at Yaounde's Olembe Stadium on Feb.6.
