Manchester United beat Liverpool 3-0 at Old Trafford

Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal wrapped up England's top football division Premier League's matchday 16 with a win.
League leaders Chelsea defeated Hull City 2-0 at Stamford Bridge. The Blues Belgian star Eden Hazard and Spanish striker Diego Costa scored the two goals. Hull City's Tom Huddlestone received a red card in the 60th minute.
Meanwhile, Arsenal cruised past Newcastle United 4-1 at home. French Olivier Giroud and Spanish attacking midfielder Santi Cazorla each scored twice. Argentine midfielder Jonas Gutierrez scored Newcastle United's single goal.
The game of the week was played in Manchester with Manchester United beating Liverpool 3-0 at Old Trafford. The Red Devils ended the first half 2-0 with goals scored by English skipper Wayne Rooney and Spanish attacking midfielder Juan Mata. Manchester United's Dutch striker Robin van Persie scored the third goal in the second half.
Liverpool is on a six-game winning streak in the league.
Manchester City barely beat Leicester City 1-0 in an away game. English midfielder Frank Lampard scored the winning goal in the 40th minute.
This goal was Lampard's 175th in the Premier League. The English midfielder is now in fourth place in the Premier League's top scorers list, a spot he shares with former Arsenal forward Thierry Henry.
Retired English striker Alan Shearer tops the list with 260 goals.
