ANKARA
Turkish football club Galatasaray transferred Belgian club Standard Liege’s defender Christian Luyindama on a permanent deal, the Istanbul club announced on Monday.
Luyindama signed a three-year contract with Istanbul team.
Galatasaray will pay €5.5 million ($6 million) to Standard Liege as a permanent transfer fee.
The 25-year-old DR Congolese defender Luyindama joined Galatasaray on loan in January 2019 and scored 2 goals in 17 matches.
Luyindama will earn €1.05 million ($1.17 million) a year from the Turkish club for next three seasons.
In his career, Luyindama played for Belgian's Standard Liege, DR Congo's TP Mazembe and SM Sanga Balende.
