Germany: Wolfsburg wins DFB-Pokal for the first time
Beating Borussia Dortmund 3-1 in the final, Wolfsburg grabs German Cup for first time in history

Wolfsburg won this season's "DFB-Pokal" (German Cup) by beating Borussia Dortmund 3-1 in the final game at Olympiastadion in Berlin on Saturday.
Wolfsburg won the trophy for the first time in their history.
Dortmund took the lead in the 5th minute when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang found the net, 1-0. However Wolfsburg equalized in the 22nd minute when Brazilian midfielder Luiz Gustavo scored, 1-1.
Wolfsburg came back after their Belgian attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne's long range effort in the 33rd minute, 2-1.
Five minutes later Dutch striker of Wolfsburg, Bas Dost made it three with a header. This goal sealed the triumph for the "Die Wolfe" (The Wolves).
Meanwhile, Wolfsburg commemorated their deceased player Junior Malanda. Malanda's shirt with the number "19" was placed in a green heart on the left side of a jersey particularly prepared for the final.
The 20-year-old Belgian defensive midfielder Malanda died in a traffic accident in January.
Borussia Dortmund’s manager Jurgen Klopp said goodbye to Dortmund fans after the final whistle.
