Second-placed Inter Milan lost 1-0 to Bologna in an Italian Serie A match Sunday as Napoli now have an 18-point lead.
Home team Bologna's Italian winger Riccardo Orsolini scored the winning goal in the 76th minute.
Napoli on Saturday beat Empoli 2-0 to have 65 points in 24 matches. The Naples club has gone 18 points clear of Inter.
Bologna are in seventh spot with 35 points.
Led by Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen and Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Napoli are getting closer to their long-awaited Serie A title with each week.
Napoli last won the Italian league in 1990.
