Inter Milan secure narrow win over Juventus in Serie A

Inter Milan claimed a narrow win over Juventus on matchday 23 of the Italian Serie A on Sunday.

Juventus defender Federico Gatti's 37th-minute own goal brought victory to the Nerazzurri, while neither team was able to produce a goal in the second half at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

Inter Milan, who have a game in hand, are atop the Serie A table, four points ahead of second-place Juventus, who have collected 53 points.
