ISTANBUL 

Inter Milan sealed a narrow win over Atletico Madrid in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League round 16 on Tuesday. 

Neither side was able to break the deadlock in the first half, but Marko Arnautovic scored the winner in the 79th minute at Giuseppe Meazza Stadium.

In another Tuesday clash, PSV Eindhoven were held to a 1-1 draw with Borussia Dortmund at Eindhoven's PSV Stadion.

Borussia Dortmund broke the deadlock with a goal by Donyell Malen in the 24th minute while PSV Eindhoven leveled the match with a penalty kick from Luuk de Jong in the 56th minute.

The return leg for both games will be played on March 13.
