Monterrey won the CONCACAF Champions League on Friday after beating their Mexican counterpart Club America 1-0.
Rogelio Funes Mori's ninth-minute goal brought the fifth Champions League title to Monterrey at the Estadio BBVA Bancomer in Guadalupe, Mexico.
Club America, who won seven Champions League trophies, suffered their first-ever final loss.
With this result, Monterrey earned a spot in the 2021 FIFA Club World Cup.
