Olympique Marseille announces signing of Aubameyang on free transfer

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Friday moved to Olympique Marseille on a free transfer.
"The striker signed with the Olympian club after the success of his medical visit," the French club said in a statement.
"The Gabonese bolt lights up Massali," it tweeted.
The striker previously played for several European powerhouses, including AC Milan, Lille, Monaco, Saint-Etienne, Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal, Barcelona, and Chelsea.
Aubameyang, 34, helped Barcelona win the 2022-23 Spanish La Liga title.
The former captain of the Gabon national team scored 30 goals in 74 matches for his nation.
Meanwhile, the duration and financial details of the deal, however, were not disclosed.
